An internal stakeholder meeting was held by the Tourism Guiding Department of our Faculty to evaluate and contribute to the continuous improvement of the education and training processes. The meeting took place on December 26, 2025, at 11:30 AM, with the participation of the department's academic staff: Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail ÇALIK, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uğur AKDU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serap AKDU, Dr. Emine ŞİMŞEK EVREN, and Research Assistant Zekiye Nur AKYÜREKLİ, as well as class representatives: Nurdan DAL (1st year), Sinem SIĞINMIŞ (3rd year), and Abdullah Mert ÖZDİL (4th year). During the meeting, the current state of the education and training process was evaluated, and the opinions, requests, and suggestions of students and academic staff were discussed.The meeting also addressed topics such as the department's institutional structure, academic and administrative processes, and university-city relations. Held in an atmosphere of mutual exchange of ideas, the meeting evaluated suggestions that would contribute to the department's development, and students' expectations were directly heard. It was emphasized that the internal stakeholder meeting made significant contributions to strengthening the understanding of quality assurance within the accreditation process, increasing stakeholder participation, and sustainably improving the quality of education.

The meeting concluded with best wishes and expressions of hope after the participants' views were heard.
